✅ I totally missed Father’s Day – No fathers at my house, and, besides, I got behind schedule.
✅ My dad would tell me I’ve always got too much going on.
✅ Yup. I can hear your voice in my head, dad.
I think about you often.
✅ My dad gave me lots of life tips. I’m gonna share them with you.
✅ Wait a minute. I just realized my Dad Tips kinda fit in with God Tips.
Let’s check them out:
Dad (and God’s) Life Tips:
✅ Be on time.
Therefore you also be be ready, for the Son of Man is
coming at an hour you do not expect. – Matt 24:42-44
✅ Show up ready to work.
All hard work brings a profit, buy mere talk leads only to poverty –Proverbs 14:23
✅ Always pitch in. Don’t stand still and watch other people work.
“Whatever you do, work heartily,
as for the Lord and not for men.”
– Colossians 3:23
✅ Your job isn’t finished until the tools are put away.
✅ Leave a place better than you found it.
Clean up.
Repair.
-Leave a little something extra for the next people.
“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” – Proverbs 16:3
✅ Don’t forget your car keys, your wallet and your glasses.
✅ Don’t forget where your car keys, your wallet, and your glasses are.( I’m not gonna be around all the time to tell you where you left them.)
Let all things be done decently and in order. – 1 Corin 14:40
✅ If somebody needs help, help them
