Monday Mood: Type A Lady Is Going GREEN!

 I’ve always been green (kinda). I like green stuff. I don’t waste. I’m a re-user and thrift store buyer. OK, truth be told, I’m cheap. But I’m also green.

Here are four ways The Type A Lady is GREEN:

1. I eat green stuff.

Smoothies are sorta green, right? I put a bunch of spinach in my handy blender and toss in any fruit or veggie in sight! For convenience, I store bins of frozen fruits and vegetables in my freezer for early morning rush!

 

2.  I like growing green things

Check out my kitchen. It tends to grow green. I can’t help myself.  I’m over-the-top into green things…growing or otherwise!

 

3.  I’m cheap.

I shop thrift, reuse junk, and (let me think of a trendy way to put this) I REPURPOSE.

4.  I want to grow and God can help me.

God has a lot to say about what I put in my body, mind and soul. I need to eat right, read my Bible, study and pray in order to get started growing. That’s the only way I’ll stay GREEN!

In the end, I sure don’t want to be a disconnected vine.

I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing -John 15:5
